Floyd's — Restaurant in Brussels

Well , well , well... there are not enough stars. If I could give 10 💫 I would . The atmosphere and the attention to detail that this place has is so beautiful and on fire ( 🔥 as in a good way ). I love how the chef comes and talks to you. I love that the menu is on for a month, then it changes, and a whole new culinary experience begins, which would be just as good or better than the month before... now for the service, all I can say is wow , it started off slow, I was seated with no menus, and for about 10 minutes, I was waiting ... but then I was greeted by a lovely woman and the chef, and then the waiter came over and took my order, but once that all happened they couldn't do enough for me that is why I gave them 5 stars on service because though the night the service just kept getting better....

And now for the food .... honestly 100/100 ... 1000/1000, it doesn't matter what rating system you have it will beat it no worries at all, so I went in november and on the pictures I will post my food I had , so for myself I had to Start off with a very delicate and delightful white wine...

Then, breaded monk fish cheeks with green salad and tartar sauce...

Then Ravioli with chorizo ​​and parmesan sauce... this was to die for, I didn't want that to end... the sauce was delicious, and the Ravioli cooked to greatness, and the feeling was wow ....

And then Lamb fillet with Bourbon and maple syrup... the lamb was cooked excellent and just melted in your mouth with the best sauce I've ever tasted on lamb...

Then for dessert I had the dessert of the day which was a salted caramel tartan which finishes one of the best meals I've had in my life...
