Order 1-42 today (16/09) on Ubereats, prepared by Hector Chicken De Brouckère. My colleague (since I'm writing for him, the reason will be explained later) ordered a Chickenburger Menu with rice and mushrooms and received the burger and fries. His actual order is on the ticket. My colleague only orders there for that rice, which he loves. He called Hector De Brouckère (this day, Thursday 16/09 at 13:03). The person who answered did not speak Flemish nor English. So I continued the call instead of my Dutch-speaking colleague. The employee who answered started by saying that we were lying. Then, that it was Ubereats' problem (except that it is not Ubereats that prepares the orders, but Hector). Then, I quote, "it's not my fault, I'm not in the kitchen! ». Well okay, but since it's only him we can talk to, he's the one who has to do something about it. As he was clearly incapable (emphasis on the adjective) of doing anything, I asked to speak to a manager. I waited 2 minutes and of course was hung up on. Our next 5 calls were declined.

Read moreWe placed an order for two menus, and one of them was not included in the delivery. The carrier never went the provided address, and we had to approach the site because he refused to come to the official pickup point. The carrier forced us to give him the code before handing over the food and then ran away while we were telling him that things were missing. Up to this point, it's a problem with the delivery service (Uber Eats), but being left halfway without food, we called the restaurant to resolve the situation, and the number does not work. We have been left without half of our dinner, and at this point in the night, it's difficult to order from somewhere else, as we have spent more than half an hour looking for...
Read moreHector Chicken is a Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) clone. The franchise Hector Chicken was however already present in Brussels Central on this location before KFC. If you like chicken and you're looking for an affordable chicken meal, in alle shapes and forms, be it hamburgers, nuggets or a whole chicken, ... you'll find plenty of choice here. I recommend the 'crousty' menu deal for the best bang for your buck: 3 pieces of whole chicken in a crispy batter, coleslaw salade, french fries and a drink at a very competitive price. Quality and pricing is about the same as KFC. I would rate it higher because the 'crousty' chicken can often be a bit on...
