FANTASTIQUE!! Fresh and delicious oven fired pizza. It was our last full day in Brussels, Jan 7, 2024 and it was very cold 🥶 outside. We were the only 2 customers until an unexpected act of compassion made it 3. An apparently cold and homeless woman was allowed to come in and warm up. We wanted to offer her some food but did not want to insult her. Before we could say anything, the two younger workers made her some food and gave her a drink, supported by the two owners (we think they were the owners) sitting at a table. She ate and was soon on her way out, we smiled and waived. We told the owners the act of compassion was heartfelt and an important lesson for the younger kids (the cooks appeared to be teenagers or young adults) to be a part of- the importance of charity. Your food is fantastic and your hearts warmed our souls. Merçi Beaucoup L'art de Pizza, vous etês magnefique! Que ton âme soit bénie.

pizza wasn't the worst I ever had, but it was pretty bad. every ingredient was raw and they don't have prosciutto, so prepare to be wowed by raw turkey ham. I sat next to the door and it was freezing, plus the waitress, while nice, was terribly miscommunicative with us. we don't naturally speak French and asked if we should speak French or English and she said French, but she clearly did not speak French at all because everything we tried to ask her did not seem to go through. we asked if the prosciutto was actual prosciutto or turkey and she said prosciutto, we asked if we can split a pizza and she said no...??? when the table next to us was splitting one. AND the power went off briefly once, but I don't think that's a bad thing it was just funny.

Ordered a takeaway to bring back to my hotel, 0.7km away. I ordered a garlic bread and a penne bolognese pasta. The garlic bread had good flavour, strong of garlic. However, my pasta order was incorrect. I received a Tagliatelle pasta which was difficult for me to eat. Although I contacted the restaurant, nothing could be done as I had already walked 30 minutes back to my hotel and I was not going to walk back. Therefore I had to eat the pasta I did not want. The pasta was bland, dry and overcooked. I would not recommend the pasta dishes here. I would also advise patrons to check their orders before leaving the restaurant!

Honestly very disappointing. We went there looking for a good pizza and trusted the reviews.

The menu is already the first hint that you're not going to get something very authentic. The meat options are all turkey based, prosciutto is turkey meat, etc. I have nothing against turkey meat but this menu was not authentic Italian ingredients as mentioned in their menu.

The dough of the pizzas is also something I would question the way of doing. This was not traditionally made dough. The best way I can describe the dough is that it has a taste and texture of semoule, something you find often in Arabic breads and dishes.

The pizzas were just okay. Barely fine.

Finally, the service took ages. We were the only one in the restaurant at that time and waited close to 30min. This made us question really hard the handmade nature of the pizzas. Handmade pizzas take just a few minutes to make but these ones took a long time to arrive. Which I understand in a busy establishment, but again, we were alone.

I do not recommend that place. For close to 20 euros per pizza, this is impossible to recommend. Maybe they were good in the past, or maybe we just got there at the wrong time, but as of October 2023 I wouldn't...

I’m sorry but who allowed them to open “fake italian restaurant” in the heart of Brussells i seriously can not understand how they can have 4.5 stars here…impossible to understand really! It can be fake stars! Because we also checked their google maps stars quickly and then went there 1 week ago around afternoon time to relax and have some aperitivo before dinner! They came and asked us 4 times what we ordered… We ordered bruschette, one coke zero and one simple smoothie and thats all! We received almost 40 minutes later very low quality something mixture between focaccia and margarita and coke zero, they even didnt take the smoothie we ordered🤦🏽 i asked him is it bruschetta? He said yes, again i asked, and he said yes again by very arrogant way that its our bruschetta! But on the menu there were even bruschetta photo.. these ppl are even not italians! Some arabs and Portuguese… and the kitchen was smelling terrible! The chief cooks the pizza then go out with the same clothes and smoke and then also serve the foods to tables..like a joke.. If u care your health and also wanna have real italian pizza or food experiment, be away from...

Came here because from the looks of it it looked like a great restaurant. When we sat down they gave us a French menu (we don't speak French), when we asked for a English or Dutch menu she said they didn't have one but they where willing to translate the whole menu. After that we asked what kind of beers they had, we were told to get it from the shop next door and drink it at their terrace, but only if we also order a drink from their own restaurant. When we ordered our entree's and main courses it took them a long time to get them to our table. Eventually they brought both the entree's and main courses at the same time. One of the pizza's had a hole in the middle while the other one had raw dough. We didn't want our entree's anymore because then our pizza's would be cold, they didn't understand this and asked us if we wanted to take it home. Overall just a bad experience and wouldn't...
