Le Corbier — Restaurant in Brussels

I had the pleasure of dining at Le Corbier today with a good friend, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with a warm grill and fireplace, tasteful decor, and soft, dimmed lighting that made us feel instantly relaxed.

The service was excellent—the staff were extremely attentive and genuinely welcoming throughout the evening.

We shared the Goujonnettes as a starter and the Côte à l’Os (Rubia Gallega) steak as our main. The portions were generous and more than enough for two. The meat was cooked perfectly medium-rare and had an outstanding flavor.

We paired the meal with a Châteauneuf-du-Pape, which was a perfect match, and the cocktails (Bloody Mary & Moscow Mule) were spot-on as well.

After dinner, we enjoyed cigars in the super cozy cigar lounge, which was the perfect way to round off the evening.

Had a great dinner with a group of friends and clients from Brazil and all over last weekend for the first Brafa weekend, it was easy to find but confusing to find the main door (sort of speak easy) had three great choices of wine and cocktails, with some grills and traditional belgian dishes i let you imagine how loud we were…. Staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. Got some of us staying there until 3am. Atmosphere is super low key, cozy, elegant and somewhat festive. The open fire adds charm to the main room, back and smoking room are gorgeous, and were smelling fantastic. Recomend for a pre party dinner and when having people over...

Food : the starter (duo of croquette) was average, below average for 28 euros. Ribeye very good . Dame Blanche average. Service: we had to wait way too long for ordering. Most of the waitress nice but one was particularly unpleasant making inappropriate comments just because we asked to share the starter. We were asked to leave at one point, which makes sense but not if they take more than 40 minutes to take your order. Atmosphere: overall nice but I find annoying the smell of the fireplace . Overall bit too pricey...
