Read moreMakifornia Merode is a good place to enjoy some sushi at. It is conveniently located right beside the metro station. Keep in mind that they do a lot of deliveries and sometimes big queues occur - if you opt for a takeaway, 25 mins waiting is considered normal. Eat-in option is faster. The place is suitable for someone interested in having some variety in their daily meal - good and unpretentious sushi. Good idea if you are meeting with a friend, maybe not for a date. Now, some details: Together with my boyfriend, we ordered a set of sushi - "Saumon Cheese"&"Saumon Mangue", "Tempura Scampis" and "Donburi Saumon Frit". The sushi was good, even though the rice was not "evenly" cooked and the rolls were not quite good-looking. Their sushi master could certainly improve the shape. The tempura shrimps tasted really good, albeit quite greasy. The donburi had a really generous amount of salmon! Overall, they serve good food in a rather informal, fast-food-type atmosphere. A set of 8 sushi rolls costs 6.70, shrimps were 6.30, and donburi - 15.50 euros. There's a simple...

I ordered a poké bowl which went through and was confirmed for pick-up (and which also included a pick-up code). When I arrived there, they didn't have my order and they asked me to show proof of the confirmation email, proof that I paid, and also asking me to show proof whether or not the money supposedly went back into my bank account. This left me having to repeat countless times that I did not get a reimbursement nor an email saying my order didn't go through. Even worse, the employer tried taking my phone out of my hand to see for himself if the money went back into my bank account which I find absolutely disgraceful, let alone very unprofessional. Eventually, they found my order details in their system and prepared it for me, but I received no apology whatsoever for the error or the delay, and was handed my order with as much enthusiasm...
