Domino's — Restaurant in Ghent

The pizza is definitely not good, classic disgusting Dmino's pizza that you are forced to eat because there is nothing else available at the time. The fries were ice cold, as expected of Dmino's, and tasted like cardboard fried in the morning but served until late at night. We have a very strong suspicion that the vegan pizzas we ordered were NOT VEGAN. Extra toppings we paid for were not added. They charged us extra 4-5 euros for extra toppings.

What is more annoying is that it looks like they intentionally mixed vegan cheese with dairy cheese (either because they didn't have enough ingredients or to just mess with the order on purpose). Although we added extra toppings and paid extra money, they were not included in the pizza either. We contacted D*mino's customer services, but the response we got was very similar to the ones you see in this review section, it was written by some Chat-GPT like robot, cold and tasteless, just like their cardboard pizza.

I will never ever order pizzas from D*mino's again. The only reason we ordered from them in the first place was because Plant-A-Pizza was closed at the time. For anyone who is reading this comment, if you have any self-respect, I urge you to order your pizzas from elsewhere, especially from local businesses. But if you really want to get diabetes, I suggest you try another...

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at the Domino's located on Overpoort. As someone who has frequently ordered from Domino's in the past, I was shocked by the level of poor customer service I encountered during my latest visit.

Firstly, upon entering the restaurant, I was ignored by the staff for several minutes. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a glance in my direction. It felt as though my presence was a bother to them.

When I finally managed to get the attention of an employee, their attitude was indifferent at best and outright rude at worst.

When my pizza was finally ready,The box was carelessly shoved across the counter, and the staff member immediately turned away without any further interaction.

The lack of basic customer service skills and the sheer indifference displayed by the staff was astonishing. This experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I am reluctant to return to this location or recommend it to others.

Domino's, if you're reading this, please take steps to improve your customer service training. A little courtesy and respect go a long way in making customers feel valued and appreciated. Unfortunately, this particular visit has severely damaged my perception...

Decent pizzas but could do with a bit of extra topping. Info provided related to delivery location during ordering process not read?

Edit: 2nd time I ordered, the delivery guy rings the intercom in the hallway, goes back outside, keeps his motorcycle helmet on and watches his phone??? So he doesn't hear me talking on the intercom, nor the door opening remotely, so no tip given... No dominos for me anymore unless no other option available, at least have the decency to wait 10 sec at the intercom? 2 stars less...
