Limonada — Restaurant in Ghent

I chose this bar because of the vaporwave interior and atmosphere, however I feel it could be amped up a bit, the walls feel empty and generally the place feels a bit bleak if it makes sense. Seats and flooring feel out of place. I have ambivalent feelings about it, I like the overall style and feeling but e.g. the wires going on the floor feel a bit cheap and out of place. Imo it could be more kitsch. Lots of novelty drinks which could be fun to start the night, but I was surprised of the small range of classic drinks were on the menu. Not what it used to be. We went and the service was very poor, it took us 40 minutes and we had to go to the bar to ask if they were actually coming to take our order or not. (the manager itself was too busy drinking with his own friends whilst trying to take care of his customers) We ordered 5 cocktails and felt they were really poor in quality, taste and presentation, not what we had a few years ago. i had the transfusion cocktail and it was perfectly balanced, my friends had the hello kitty one which was delicious as well as the mystery box one which was a super cool concept!!
