The most horrible service I have ever experienced, walked in with my family and was then told that the tables have all been reserved and that we can sit at the bar or outside in the RAIN, which was totally fine. but when we decided to sit at the bar with an elderly we saw people leaving and we asked if those tables were available to sit they then again every rudely said no and told me that I was told that those tables all had been reserved. Super unwelcoming and rude. We waiting for long time for our food and they still didn’t have waffles to give us even after we ordered it, they made us something “SPECIAL” from bread to replace the waffle. These tables had been on reserved for over an hour. They were being extremely rude behind the cashier I spoke to them in English so I’m guessing they didn’t know I understood them in Dutch. Asked for a small breakfast with ham and cheese and if they could replace the ham with a serving of marmelade. That was not possible. They suggested I'd take the all-in breakfast if I wanted cheese and marmelade. The all-in breakfast was 2,5 times the price of the small breakfast that I wanted. Afterwards, I checked the bill and saw they forgot to charge me an additional coffee. I asked the staff member to change the bill in her favour and I went on to pay the new bill. When I got home I saw she charged me two additional coffees, i.e. one coffee I did not have. Goes to show no good deed goes left unpunished. Waited long time, around 30 minutes for 3 bagels when they finally found out that they didn't have what we've had ordered. The place was far from crowded. The staff seemed tired and not so friendly. The bagels were served poorly and with little ingredients, I didn't take photos, but looking at the photos from other reviews, our bagels surely didn't look that good. Sparkling water didn't come in a bottle and the water was expensive and quite flat. The place is nicely decorated and the desserts looked ok. But for lunch or any food all in all very expensive and...
