Bierpunt Hasselt — Restaurant in Hasselt

They are famous for their selection of good beers, and they were very cheerful and knowledgeable about their beers while serving us. Unfortunately, then, things changed when we paid with a large bill and the waiter gave us some change and left very quickly before we could properly check it. The change was missing 10 Euro.

We tried to explain what appeared to be an honest mistake, but quickly the mood changed amongst the staff, who started acting like we were trying to apply some sort of scam on them. They refused to even return to our table to discuss it, so we left with a feeling that we were the ones who got scammed.

I will not return there anymore, since there are more than enough places to find good beer in Belgium. My suggestion for those who are going there is to either pay by card or to ask the waiter to stay while you...

Very agressive and arrogant owner. With late houers they giving bear with water, if u friendly complain : surdentlly owner jump out from his office and kicking you out. We wasnt drunk nothink we just taste full water in the bear. Never...

Lost of choice in beers, and student discount. when it's very busy you might have to wait a bit on the staff, but you can always go the bar if you really want...
