Really had a disgusting situation there.

I went to have a quick bite and I bought a cake. As the place was quiet, I decided to have lunch there, so I took one of the newspapers to wait reading. It was 11.30 AM.

An hour later, the manager came and said: "What? Have you eaten or not? If you have eaten, leave the table to other people". He broke all the ambiance of the place. It was really disturbing. I felt like a theft or something. He had been counting the time I was sitting in "his" table.

Even if they have an offer of organic products, they regard you as a mere consumer. They want you to consume...

2 times in a row over the past few weeks that I experience rude service in this place. Closing time is 16h30 not 16h15, you should therefore accept clients without rushing them out especially if they come to grab (your last) muffin and a cup of tea just before catching their train! Today when I ordered a tea to go, I was asked if I wanted just the tea bag?! Well, hot water in a cup would be nice too 😳 and the little chocolate please, this lady’s reaction was unpleasant. Regular EXKI that has a variety of options but the food is a bit pricey. The company I used to work for used to order food from here because they were the only ones who would be patient enough to let the manager choose for 30 people and pack everything neatly in boxes. I don't think that the taste is that great and I definitely don't think that the price is worth it but they have many vegetarian options so sometimes I'm just grateful...
