A terrible experience. Firstly, after calling asking if we could pay with Edenred or Sodexo cards and being told that they were both accepted, we made a reservation. Considering that the establishment is in a working area with many restaurants that are used to people going on their 1hour lunch break, we arrived on time and asked for the food almost immediately. Not only did we have to wait over 50 minutes for the food to arrive, the pasta was too cooked and not good. Given that we had to go back to the office, after the long wait, we went to pay as soon as we finished eating. When we gave our Sodexo and Edenred cards to pay, the machine wouldn't accept them. We asked if there was another machine and they said that there was just the one that accepted those cards. So, not only did we have to wait too long for the food to arrive, it was not good and we had to pay almost 20€ for the food because the only solution given by the (rude) waiter was to call the technical support - which was obviously not an option because it was too late already. Lastly, the water was...
Read moreWe had a really bizarre experience here. Came in for lunch, ordered a couple of pizzas (splitting just one between two people would've been fine - they look smaller in the photos than they actually are). When it came time to pay, we were informed that the credit card machine was down (why not mention this when we came in, considering we are clearly tourists and are likely to use a credit card?). The servers insisted that we must use debit, and told us that this is common in Europe (it's not - we spent the previous two weeks in Europe and our credit cards weren't declined even once). Only one of us had a debit card, and that person couldn't remember their pin (because we hardly use debit in the US). After making us sit there uncomfortably for 15 minutes, the server magically unearthed a credit card machine that worked and we were finally able to pay. This ruined our dining experience, however.
Food itself is fine - the pizza was nothing outstanding, but tasty enough. However, I would...
Read moreCame here for lunch with my girl. The waiter make us sit at a table and just few minutes later he asks us to move away. He places us in a table in the middle of the corridor just near the stairs, with people continuously passing by and hitting on our chairs. We order 2 pizzas and 2 cappuccinos, he comes at least 3 times to push us to take some aperitifs or bottles of water, despite we clearly say we don’t want it. We wait 30 min for a pizza that I wouldn’t offer for free to my worse enemy. Dough is extremely solid and oily, mozzarella burned and of terrible quality, as unfortunately also the salami. Once we go to pay he pretends that his POS doesn’t work, so he doesn’t accept our cards and forces us to pay with cash. we didn’t receive any...
