We arrived at 10:55 a.m. and waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. During this time, we noticed that people who arrived after us were already receiving their food.
Eventually, we approached the staff at the counter to ask if they could take our order. The response felt dismissive, which was disappointing. After another 20 minutes, we noticed the same pattern—people who came after us were served quickly, even though the food I ordered normally takes just a few minutes to prepare.
When our food finally arrived, one of the items was incorrect. Frustrated by the long wait and the experience, I asked for a takeaway box so I could eat at home. Unfortunately, we had to wait another 5 minutes for the box, while the staff appeared to be joking and laughing instead of addressing the request.
Looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who has experienced poor customer service at this location. I think management should take this into consideration and work on improving staff training and service standards.

Every time i want to order at the counter and sit outside I am URGED very aggressively to sit outside and that someone will come. However, no one ever comes.
