Le concept : all-day, all-moods.

The food is awful and overpriced. We took the oeufs parfaits which turned out to be a liquid soup of whites, impossible to eat with the fork. We had to ask for a spoon and some bread but in the end the content was too disgusting to be eaten. We also ordered a toast which basically had 3 carrots on it and which costed 13 euros, again not edible. The staff was clearly not in the mood to serve, impolite and always looking upset at any demand we made. The place was packed and a good attraction for instagramers looking for a nice picture to serve to their audience.

Very friendly staff! There are a lot of tables but it’s a popular places so it’s better to come early if you want to secure one (now they also have some tables you can book) The food is great, it’s small plates to share so the meat / fish based ones can sometimes be a bit pricey for the size but it’s still good. For that reason it’s better to go as a group vs only 2 people so you can try more things for a fair price. The cocktails are very good especially the espresso martini!

Hi there ! There's some good, some bad. First, place is really cool and spacious. First time we went, had the batch brew and luckily it was really good (I mean, you call yourself batch, better be good). My wife took an "oeuf a la coque" which was undercooked, bread and butter were delicious though. The second experience was bad. I asked for the batch brew, didn't have anymore (around 4pm, got it...). So I asked a long black and the waiter was lost. He offered an americano, I accepted but asked where the coffee come from (torréfactor, country,..). Didn't know. Isn't it a specialty coffee place? I was served a overextracted espresso with a bit of warm water. Cappuccino of my wife was fine. Bread was good. I'm just asking that please don't use the "specialty coffee" mention if you don't fully commit to it and that means also train the waiters/barista...

Sad to have to put a bad review but this hurts too much not to share. I hopped here and for the n-th time I get here, I spend like 5 minutes before any of the two (not busy) baristas even say hello. They say they serve specialty coffee but as someone passionate about coffee, it deeply hurts when you ask the barista which coffee they serve and they simply shrug you off with: “ I don’t know”, which was followed by the same answer from the apparent manager. Sorry to be this guy but this happens when you hire people that are not passionate about service and are just looking to surf on clout of what could be a great place to have a coffee/drink/bite, sad to see this happen all over Brussels with these self called “food entrepreneurs “ that have no experience in how a business...

Went to this place couple of times since I leave in Bruxelles. Today I passed by with some friends that came to visit and wanted to bring them to a place I thought was nice. We entered without greeting and felt like the waiters were forced to say hello. They told us to go and seat, and we did not find a table that was cleaned and ready to host someone. We waited 20 minutes for someone to approach, and when we went to the counter to ask for assistance they rudely replied that someone would come. After 10 minutes a waiter started to take new comers orders without even offering water to us or noticing we were waiting. We had to leave, it’s a pitty, I liked the place but felt...
