I couldn't get to enjoy anything from here because as the only African ethnicity family in there, we were offended by a white male staff member who walked into the restroom to demand that I should order my meal before allowing my 3 year old daughter using the restroom. Upon asking the man (a little aggressively I admit) to leave the ladies restroom and not invade my daughter's privacy he accused me of having no education.

Clearly the assumption is that as an African family we do not appreciate their offering but just want to take advantage of the facilities. This guy did not know that we drove specifically to have a decent coffee and breakfast in this lovely looking cafe before visiting a nearby salon for the later morning.

I'm happy for all the non-African people who enjoy good service here as I will not go back. As a hard working professional who was treated like this for the first time in my life, clearly I see this guy has no respect for people of colour. Why could he not wait to see if I was planning to make an order or no, or just let us come out of the loo to address...

As someone who travels the world testing out the hot chocolates on every menu, this is by far the best in Brussels and one of the best in Europe. The cute tea cafe has been around since 1912 and or always popular with the locals in the neighborhood. Their 53% hot chocolate is my favorite with a couple of sugar cubes. Bit I like my hot chocolate pretty sweet so of you like yours less sweet just don't add the cubes which they put on the team along with a chocolate bonbon. Their croissant are also amazing with their house made jams. A must when...

Can’t really say anything negative about this magical little spot. If you would like to order coffee/tea and have it served on a little silver platter, with a glass of water and a little choc too, this is the place. Everything is beautifully set, decorated, made.
