We waited 20 minutes to get the service of preparing the table and receiving the menu. After 9pm only pizza was available from the menu. The waiters were totally neglecting. One witch promised service to as was very busy, but the second one was doing nothing for 15 minutes and probably waiting for us to leave. Waiting for the collecting of an order was ridiculously long. The waiter didn't allow us to take pizza without drink. It's the first situation of that kind in my life. The worst service ever. Food was just average. The edge of pizza was like 5cm of only dough. The dough was too salty. Drinks are very expensive, around 2 times more expensive, than this I usually order in Italian restaurants
Edit: The owner of restaurant personally attacked me in front of all his guests. The servants didn't have time to serve, but had time to read my opinion and made a huge argument before my leave. The first waiter, which I think is doing a good job explained to me why we had to wait so long to be serviced. It was, because they don't have enough menu cards for visitors. Then he explained to me that, my opinion is disgraceful. I agreed, it meant to be that way.
The restaurant has a lot of faults which the waiter told us about. Not enough menu cards, understaffing, not allowing visitors to make any order they want for example. After we agreed upon my opinion probably the Owner of the restaurant approached me. He was very aggressive and rude. He told me I am a shame. That I have no honour and I am destroying a good face of the restaurant.
My good manners don't allow me to respond to these ridiculous arguments. I have above 150 opinions on Google maps, almost all positive. Nor me, neither the owner is a person who can judge my honour. I can tell a couple words about the good face of the restaurant instead.
A lot of guests were treated without a shred of respect. The owner is learning nothing, there are a lot of 1 star opinions where he is looking down on people who pay him. In answers to opinions he is rude again. I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of 5 star opinions were fake.
Firstly, usually when there are not enough menu cards, some of the idle waiters prepares a table, and tells what is on the offer. There was an idle waiter in the entrance, he could do his job in the first minutes. He just choose to do nothing.
Secondly, in case it was too hard to serve me, I gave waiters 2 chances to tell me that there is no possibility to eat here. Both times I was told to wait just a second. If I had been nicely apologized for inconvenience and told to leave, I would visit another restaurant and there would be no problem at all.

Preventing your customers from ordering because one of the guest was not at the restaurant yet (5 out of 6 was on the table at the moment when menus were distributed) is just rude, especially when there is a hungry 3 years old child on the table. They made us wait for our last guest to show up for ordering our food (!)
We were not allowed to share a meal by ordering few starters that covers the cost of a main dish, they tried to educate us like Italian restaurants do not allow customers to share a dish or had to order a main corse for each. This is just disrespecful for Italian restaurants because believe me, you can be an Italian but we had the chance to visit hundreds of Italian restaurants in and out of Italy, this was never their attitude so do not put your disrespecfullnes on other honest restaurants.
We were not allowed to drink out of a bottle, which is ok, we understood that this restaurant was trying so hard to show themselves as a fine dine restaurant. But if you again try to educate me like a beer is supposed to be drank out of a glass: your beer glasses were not appropriate, you had a single beer glass choice which was like a water glass, waiter had zero idea about how to pour a beer since every single person on the table had different amount of foam and level of the beer on their galsses. So when you have no glass option, no glass for the specific brand of the beer and incapable of pouring a beer, please do not try to educate your customers.
Owner is trying to fight with their customers instead of approching them with goodwill, consider their feedbacks in order to improve their service quality. You need to keep in mind that your customers are the most valuable thing for you since you keep your business up and running as long as the customers you behave shamefully keep showing up.
