I would give them a 0 for the service if i could. I ordered a pizza and churros from them through Uber Eats, it says it should arrive in 10-20 minutes. After 15 minutes i wanted to go outside and wait for the guy to arrive, but the app refreshed and told me i have to wait for another 1 hour. I waited, after that one hour i called the store just to find out that the currier arrived and he stayed for 20 minutes in front of my building and he did not call because i had a non Belgian phone number. He said that he will send the order again in 30 minutes. Good, so after 20 minutes i was outside waiting and i stayed there for 20 minutes and nobody came or called. Considering the quality of food, the price I payed and the remarks they get (3.3 start on this moment) I really think they are treated unfair. The offer I had for two large pizza's made 50 euro sufficient for a 10 person reception (not a full diner). Read moreTerrible experience with the app. I ordered on my way to dominos at the Naamsevest in Leuven using the app. When I arrived at the Domino's it took 10 minutes before someone came to the frontdesk. He said that he hadn't received my order nor my payment!!! I showed him the payment via my bank app but that was also not enough. He asked me to place a new order and pay it as well. He said that Domino's will pay automatically the double payment. I did as asked trusting the known brand! It's been more than two weeks and I still don't get my remboursement and the customer service of Domino's is unreacheable.
