I used to dine here very often because I love the concept of larg variation of wok and you can make your own combination of teppanyaki.
I went there with my boyfriend to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. One thing I have notice were waiters were very slow and manager is different from the one I used to know. Anyways we are allowed to decide where we wanted to seat since it was not crowded. After you have ordered what you want to drink, you can already take off for food. The woks are mixture of asian and western food (why wester? you can find chicken nuggets and even french fries depending on when you are going to dine here :) So variation of what they serve in wok can change times to times). As for teppanyaki, you have to take ingredients from wok table and hand them to the chef (you will see 2 or 3 guys standing with the pan facing towards the wok table). You have to choose which sauce you want them to cook with. You will notice that left to their kitchen, there are fish and beefs that you can actually order to cook for you (as for meat you have to say if you want it with little blood on it or fully cooked etc). I don't think they serve kangaroo meats anymore but there is goat meat. I never knew that there were time-slot until they actually came back and forward not saying things but seems like they wanted us out of this restaurant. They gave us take away tea-pot but then normally you get them after your payment. So I miss this cozy feel at home feeling because everything seems so rushed and it gives off unpleasant feeling to it.
The price is expensive so be prepared especially for dinner. If you want ok price then I will suggest you to go during lunch time but some of the thing will be not serve to make difference of lunch course and dinner course. The food are very selective, most likely fast food and some food quality can be better (I mean we expect the food quality to be good when you pay a lot).
Sadly I don't think I am going back there anymore for my experience. It was a lot better and different before.

Read moreUnacceptable Treatment: Shocking Encounter with Rude Management!!!!!!!
I booked a table for myself, my husband, and our 5-month-old baby girl with a stroller. Upon arrival, the female manager assigned us a table next to the serving area in the buffet restaurant. We politely asked if we could move to a nearby table for more space and less crowding, but she rudely refused, claiming it was reserved for a regular customer. When I inquired about the reservation time, she falsely stated 12:30 (it was already 12:40), revealing her dishonesty and lack of consideration. She even obstructed the empty table with a barrier to prevent our relocation, displaying blatant rudeness. After pleading with another waitress, the manager reluctantly allowed us to move outdoors, yet the unpleasant encounter didn't end there.
As my husband sought information about the buffet from a waiter, the manager interjected abruptly, insisting she alone would answer questions, in a loud and rude manner. This behavior left us shocked and thoroughly disheartened, and unfortunately, tainted our dining experience. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially from someone of our own nationality. It's shameful that despite being Chinese herself, the manager treated us with such disrespect, exhibiting a clear lack of empathy. While she may extend courtesy to some, I refuse to overlook her mistreatment and will not return to this establishment. I will share my experience widely, both verbally and on social media, as a caution to others. Such behavior is unacceptable, and it's a shame this manager tarnishes the reputation of...
Read moreThis place is doing it's best to its abilities but it's a flop. An extremely big one.
There were no desserts when we went at evening. What kind of a buffet cheap or expensive does not have a single dessert?
Me and my partner couldn't even consume the rice, it tasted bland and off to the point we even thought a lot of items were bought from ALDI like the mini pizzas or loempias. There is BARELY any food choices especially at the warm meats so the least they could do is put a bit more effort into their cooking. We left after maybe, 40 minutes? The couple next to us aswel was very unhappy and complaining to eachother about the food.
You are just put and cramped in tables with 0.05 cm distance from eachother to the point you cannot even have a normal clear conversation or eat comfortable since the tables are that small. I'm never returning here until they get some new cooks and tables comfier for all, not just groups of 7 who take in the whole restaurant seating. The whole thing is weird, badly set up, horrible food and barely any decent asian meat dishes. I feel for the owners but its unfair for customers to see all these fake good reviews and then waste their...
