We tried having a birthday gathering for 10 people (their website indicates that they take such requests): from the beginning the communication was very poor. The staff at the cafe do not sound too reassuring and simply state “it is my boss that checks e-mails”. But then “the boss” takes forever to answer to e-mails or even confirm that all is in order. You will certainly have to follow up on your end and, still, you may not have all details confirmed.
As for the day of the event, do not expect to be helped by a very service-oriented staff. They are not bad guys at all but, they will not go the extra mile so that a table of 10 is looked after. Furthermore, you will have to go to the bar to order drinks because even if you have ordered food to share days in advance, the orders for drinks are only taken at the bar.
My impression is that they are clearly understaffed and, maybe, underpaid. If they aren’t, then I really don’t understand their attitude towards customers with some of their daring comments.

They have a morning, afternoon and evening menu, each with a small number of options to choose from (which is easier if you don't speak French).
I'm a vegatarian, so if you're looking for veggie options you'll find them here. I have the tomato udon, which was delicious with a coffee. We got bread with it too.
I like it, I thought the place was stylish, it had a good atmosphere and the did was...
Read moreSmall menu and no English translations available which is fine and to be expected but it takes a while to figure out what you're ordering (especially if you're a vegetarian as there is no symbol or indication). The food and coffee were nice and the service good. We were asked to move tables early on to a smaller table to allow for any larger parties who might come along, which was a little inconvenient but was fair enough for...
