D’ailleurs vous pouvez voir sur la photo l’absence de miettes autour du pain au chocolat qui prouve l’absence de croustillant de celui ci. Foccacia au top ce matin. Copie à revoir.

I didn't know in Belgium the price of a pain aux chocolats could reach 2.75euros and on top of that have no taste at all! Luckily the choice was large as you could choose between 4 items only (1 type of baguette, 1 type of bread only, croissants and pain aux chocolats) in this bakery.... Cherry on the top, I asked for the bread to be cut but they don't have a machine to do so, how strange... When you pretend to be a original / one of a kind bakery and charge for it in consequence (18 euro for 1 baguette, 1 bread and 4 croissants) than at least, offer a service and a product that goes...

Probably the best bakery in Brussels or elsewhere, the sourdough is just excellent. I would only say two things: First the law is the law, the prices should be displayed. Second, well those prices can sometimes be a bit surprising, not in a good way.
