The restaurant itself is really cute and the bagel concept is also great, but unfortunately it is visibly understaffed. Because they are really busy, the bagels seem to be prepared without any care and by throwing the ingredients on the bagel in random proportions, which in my case made my mango chutney bagel overly sweet. This is by far the best place to eat authentic bagels in Brussels! Absolutely delicious and generous portions. The options are a lot to choose from so make sure to go more than once to try various items on the menu. Today i had the one with Brie cheese, dried tomatoes, red pesto and rocket = to die for!!! The salad on the side is great and to top it all, freshly squeezed orange juice! Finally, service was great and friendly...
