Brussels has a small but increasing vegan scene, but if you’re feeling fancy and original, Nöje is well worth your time and money.
What’s better than eating delicious, vegan dishes and sipping on cruelty-free cocktails? Doing all of that, in Brussels, with your dogs sitting at your feet. Unbeatable.
The restaurant offers several takes on vegan dishes food, but several means limited options. Because less is more: I am a fan of limited menus that boost quality, revenue and ambience —it’s a win-win in my opinion.
My favourite thing to eat there (which I could literally eat every day for every meal) has become the Swedish Sandwich from now on - the scrambled tofu is so tasty, the texture so creamy, I'd even go so far as to say that it's better than any meat slice (take that haters).
