Guapa — Restaurant in Steenokkerzeel

Yesterday around 6:30 pm, I tried to order a juice for my son that sleepy in my arm. I ask to order a juice and both ladies (staff members) directed me to the automated machine because they cannot take order from the checkout. Same for the pregnant lady that came after me. But the whole time I was tried to order on the automated machine, these ladies were chit chatting. When I mentioned to them that having the automated machine doesn’t prevent them to have common sense, they shouted at me and my son. Tasty smoothies. You have to place the order in the 2 machines, as the server is there to prepare the smoothies. It is not easy to notice, and would be great if Guapa's management could it make clearer as I have seen some potential clients standing by the server and leaving without ordering with some frustration in their eyes. The drinks and food is healthy and good, and attracted a lot of customers, but half of them left as they could not figure out how to purchase...

I recently visited Guapa at Zaventem Airport and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed quite uninterested and unfriendly while taking my order. They also forgot some ingredients in my juice, and when I pointed it out, they just added them on top without mixing it properly. It really affected the overall taste and quality.
