My wife and I ate at Aurora for our 46th wedding anniversary at the recommendation of the owner of our guesthouse in Salt Kettle. The recommendation was perfect. Every detail of the evening was excellent, from the welcoming, to seating at a table overlooking the harbor, to an exquisite meal. We had planned to sit outside to watch the sunset but there was a slight breeze so the maitre d' sat us just directly inside at the window for a perfect view. The food was excellent, from appetizers to entree to desert and espresso. We had been looking forward to fresh seafood and were not disappointed. My wife's stuffed shrimp was packed with delicious crabmeat and my blackened rockfish was mouthwatering. The wine and drinks topped off the fabulous meal. The staff was friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to make our evening special, including an anniversary cake!
