This has left a really bad taste with us! 95% of the menu, including drinks, desserts, ice cream, any food aren't available. And not being made. There was just a couple of teenager boys working, and not really know what they are doing. I just asked for a iced nescafe, and the managed to screw that up too. Two coffee drinks that tasted like dishwater. Disgusting! 🤮🤢🥵 They were priced at 5BAM each at the menu. When I went to the cashier to pay, he said 20BAM! I said what? Coffes are 5BAM on the menu! And his response was, those are old menus, and now price has changed!🤮🤮🤮 You can have a nice dinner at a full service restaurant for less! I didn't feel like arguing, so I just paid and left, to never again return to this stupid place! You can have a coffee drink for 3BAM at any 5 star hotel, and Ĉevapići dinner for 10BAM. I am writing this so Noone else gets cheated by these low...
Read moreTerible service. The menu looks amasing, up until the point where you order overpticed "flawored" coffee that is watered down version of 0.30pf regular jacobs for cool 5 km. The heating is nonexistent, so if you go there be prepared to sit in the cold. The waiter is forgetful, but that might be just my experience on that one time, he forgot my order. No big deal. But overall the combination of cold, and very poor coffee quality (that is overpriced; it would be ok to pay premium if it tastes good), and the poor lightning, made this a very unpleasant experience. It made me go out of my way to write this, the only one star review that i gave so far. And I am generally very supportive of service businesses, and try my best to give honest but favorable reviews.
The view is excellent, though. In spring or summer it might be nice here, despite all of the above. But dont come...
Read moreI saw this place light up like a beacon from old town around sunset and just had to walk up to it. It's a minimum 7 minute walk at a fast pace, the last part up some very steep stairs. Luckily I found the way the first time, but it's easy to get lost - which only adds to the fun of getting there - nice for building up an appetite. The place is very big, on two floors, with well over 50 tables. Over 40 types of coffee are served - something for everybody. Smoking is allowed, like in 95% of places in Bosnia, which is a real shame, as they could easily have the top floor as non-smoking. The views are amazing - great for sunset. Currently they have plastic screens to protect against the cold but soon to be replaced by glass by 2018, at which point this will become an unmissable place to visit at least once. Coffee and desert cost...
