Horrendous Customer Service Experience - Avoid Ottoman Premium Delight!
I am absolutely livid after my appalling encounter at Ottoman Premium Delight - Baklava Mostar today. At around 5:30 pm, I experienced the worst customer service of my life, courtesy of a tall and blond lady who seemed to take pleasure in refusing to serve me.
From the moment I stepped into the establishment, it was as if I had become invisible to this particular employee. I approached the counter, ready to explore the delectable selection of baklava, only to be met with an icy and dismissive stare from the said lady. It was evident that she had no intention of assisting me and was more interested in serving other customers who came after me.
As I patiently waited for her attention, hoping she would snap out of her blatant disregard, she blatantly continued to ignore me and attended to those who arrived long after I did. It was an incredibly humiliating and frustrating experience, as if she had pre-determined that I wasn't worthy of her time and service.
After several attempts to catch her eye and request her assistance, I was left with no choice but to walk out of the store empty-handed. It was not the lack of baklava that bothered me the most; it was the utter lack of respect and basic courtesy that left me stunned.
As a paying customer, I deserve to be treated with dignity and fairness, just like any other patron. The fact that this lady felt entitled to discriminate against me, for reasons unknown, is beyond unacceptable and outright disgraceful. I couldn't help but wonder if my appearance or ethnicity played a part in her dismissive behavior.
Ottoman Premium Delight - Baklava Mostar should be ashamed to employ someone who tarnishes their reputation in such a manner. It is the responsibility of any business to ensure their employees provide excellent customer service to everyone, regardless of who they are.
I urge all potential customers to think twice before stepping foot into Ottoman Premium Delight - Baklava Mostar. If you want to be treated with even a shred of respect and courtesy, avoid this place at all costs. The negative impact of this horrendous experience will linger, and I cannot fathom subjecting myself to such mistreatment ever again.
In conclusion, I sincerely hope that the management of Ottoman Premium Delight - Baklava Mostar takes immediate action to rectify their abysmal customer service and address the behavior of their rude staff. I got the package below so that I can take it with me on the trip without spilling syrups without opening and losing the sweets, etc. I went to the office to offer the sweets to the colleagues and more than that I have not been embarrassed I think. I opened the box and through the gelatin of the package it was full of bugs (as seen in the photos)! For what they advertise and show is unacceptable. The health department should intervene immediately. After this review they found me at Insta. They proposed to me to refund me or replace the products for change this review.
