2021 Review: Scenery was wonderful. Hostest was observant and noticed me looking around; if she hadn't, I may have eaten elsewhere. Food was good, but waiter never seemed happy and spoke about his personal problems as the reason why he wasn't very social. As a waiter, no matter what you have going on, you have to try and not let it affect your work, because it ultimately affects the business. Other than that, he did provide good service, but could have had additional sales if he came around a bit more, as I was looking to order another drink and a dessert. Will come again.
2022 Review: Well, as promised, I came again. Service and food was still good, but the selection could be expanded some to really make this place a big hit. Great view as always, but lost a star due to only accepting cash. This is 2022, and accepting card or scannable payments is a must for a restaurant. Having to go track down an ATM was very disappointing.
2023: Once again this place did not disappoint. Perfect vantage point for the cliff diving event and the food was also excellent. Kind and friendly staff out to make sure you receive top notch quality service. Will be looking forward to our return next year. Will also be bringing a copy of my publish sci-fi novel, “Cryolution” as a signed gift for...
Read moreI’ll start by saying the view is amazing. 100%. Staff was friendly for sure.
But I don’t go to a restaurant for the view and staff. I go for the food. And sadly it was totally disappointing.
After seeing a worker from the restaurant lure another couple into the restaurant, we followed. That was my first red flag, but was happy to be proven wrong. Then the same couple who we sat next to said, as we were walking down the old stone steps, “who knows if the food is any good, but the view is great.” That should have been my second red flag. The third red flag was the speed at which the food arrived.
We ordered vegetable soup and what’s commonly known as sarma (сарма). It arrived quickly, too quickly.
And we could immediately tell the soup was from a package and the sarma was reheated (not uncommon as sarma is generally cooked in batches for later), but possibly it had sat out for a while. You can tell by the wrinkling of the vegetables.
After a taste, the soup 100% packaged. Something you buy in stores for €0.25. Zero vegetables. And the sarma was, well, mediocre, and very oily.
Overall I hope the other reviews of the good food are true as the location is impeccable. If not, I hope they improve.
Can’t recommend for anything but a...

We were served by a young guy — we asked for water with lemon, but he brought it without the lemon. We inquired about whiskey; he said it wasn’t on the menu but would check — he forgot. A dirty fork was brought to the table, which we asked to be replaced — okay, that can happen.
But the real issue came with the bill — we couldn’t understand why it was so high. After checking, we saw that one dish had been charged twice. On top of everything, a service fee was added. Sometimes we don’t mind paying it, but this time they really hadn’t earned it. After such shortcomings, it should be the other way around — the restaurant should try to make up for their mistakes in some way. So yes, overall it wasn’t a great experience because of...
