It's very sad that in this day and age double standards are still an issue in our own country and backyard from outside companies and service providers. I was HUGELY DISAPPOINTED by my last visit to Mugg 'N Bean - Sebele Centre, because after spending more than P300 + at their restaurant, and I had to stick around because I delayed leaving for reason of waiting for a friend who was due to meet and pick me from the store; they had the audacity to ask me to leave the store/vacate my seat in order to "make room" for other customers!.."SAY WHAT?!?..OTHER CUSTOMERS?!?" I'm definitely sure they wouldn't ask a white, indian or coloured person such a question/request, that's for sure. What a load of bolony! They better get their act together or else they will sadly become a thing...

The food and coffee are just fine locations everywhere but if you get a server who is slow at putting your order in, slow it bring you the check,... Etc your experience is going to be a pain. This is not a fine dining facility yet I feel like they might be trying to make it one. However, the baristas seem to have been trained to boil the milk for lattes and cappuccinos. Repeatedly sending back the coffee in order to get one that won't badly burn your mouth seems to be the only thing that works, unless you have twenty minutes to let the coffee cool to drinking temperature.
