No dia 05/03 fomos ao restaurante (eu, meu namorado e uma amiga) e fomos muito mal atendidos pelo gerente. O restaurante estava cheio e a recepcionista havia nos direcionado para uma mesa já reservada. Ficamos sentados por um tempo e ninguém veio nos atender, até que o gerente chegou e pediu para q saíssemos, pois a mesa não estava disponível. Falei que a recepcionista havia nos colocado lá e ele falou “desculpa, foi um erro, posso colocar vocês na lista de espera e vocês aguardam lá fora”. Basicamente, nos expulsou e não deu nenhuma solução para resolver o erro deles. O único que se propôs a nos ajudar foi um dos garçons, o Vitor, e foi por conta do bom atendimento dele que ficamos. Outro ponto foi que o gerente pareceu fazer uma diferença entre quem ele achava que poderia consumir mais, pois ele estava atendendo um grupo de gringos com a maior atenção do mundo, parando tudo o que fazia para se dispor. Entretanto, o tratamento não pareceu ser igual quando se tratava de nos oferecer uma solução justa. Muito estranho, sei que esse não é o tipo de padrão de restaurantes sofisticados, então fiquei bem surpresa. De qualquer forma, quero agradecer o Vitor por não ter permitido que nossa noite fosse estragada. . . .

Delicious meal in Leme today. First time coming to this restaurant and will definitely be back. Had a lovely pizza to start and then decided to have the carbonara (authentically Italian and not made with heavy cream) and the filet mignon with the garlic risotto with leek. OMG the risotto melted in your mouth, I would suspect all of their risottos would be delicious.

The restaurant is centrally located, which made us originally fear that it was a touristic spot, but it wasn’t at all. Sara and Alaine were gracious and charming. We went during a weekend day and the area was crowded and a but hectic with car traffic. We didn’t mind but others might. However, I would suspect that at night this place would be very charming and romantic. Will check it out again...
