I genuinely feel bad for the hundreds of people dropping 4 & 5 star reviews for this place… truly. Have your tastebuds been deprived your whole life, or are you just tourists high on dopamine? The food here is god awful. Everything tastes like something you’d get in a public elementary school cafeteria, or perhaps a complementary breakfast at a 3-star inn. We ordered the American Breakfast (R $70) a Flat White and a Cappuccino Italiano. The worst was the eggs. They were tasteless, cooked dry, and scrambled in a way that looked like they were chopped. The bacon had a very inconsistent texture, super thick and difficult to chew in some areas and thin and fatty in other areas. The pancakes were dry and tasteless and reminded me of the first time I tried making pancakes as a child. They use pancake syrup instead of maple syrup (hello diabetes) and they also use margarine instead of butter. Very low quality ingredients too to bottom. Both the flat white and the cappuccino seemed to have the wrong espresso/milk ratio and the steamed milk/foam was executed terribly. I finished all my food because I’m a fatass and will eat anything when I’m hungry, but my girlfriend refused to finish any of her portions. The service was okay, nothing to write home about. The one and only thing I liked about this place was the cute little workstation right by the windows looking out...

The place is nice and the food and coffee good, but... When I arrived it was full with clients so I understood the table I seat in was dirty. Some minutes later I changed and this new table felt super dirty as well, and when the waitress took my order it was clear that she didn't have intention to clean. Anyway, I remain there, ate and stayed until the place was almost empty. Then, I saw how, even with almost no customers, they left all the tables previously used with the dirty dishes for more than an hour. It was really discouraging to find what it seemed as good place with delicious food, but that it looks to have total disregard for cleanliness, client experience and the place's image. I hope this feedback helps you improve.

PS. Waitresses and the cashier could also improve their service. I don't know if they feel they're are very busy, but to give a good service - not look like they're going to die when asked for a piece of cake or a glass of water -...

Decor 4 stars... Atmosphere 3 stars Food 2 stars Coffee 1 star That's about it. The food was not good, the coffee was either weak or heavy with sugar. The decorations were nice, the style was the style in a coffee shop. However.... They need to focus less on that and more on the food and coffee. Less options, with better quality and better training. It's not a hard investment and hope they do and the owner invites me to come back and try again.

(Ideas) Some scones, muffins and keep things fresh. Focus on ice coffees! Easy and fast. The coffee I drank was maybe was on a bad day but I've been twice and both times were weak and very sugary. I've seen that with other comments also.

I hope to see things turn around as this friendly location should be a evening and morning...
