Bar Bracarense — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata do Rio de Janeiro

Hello from Rio´s beaches,Brazil and this famous bar and restaurant.Their best treat is called bolinho de bacalhau here,a codfish snack,Their chopp Brahma is also real good,tastefull and always cold in this rich bar.It´s just incredible hot the summer here and you don´t want only to take a few beers in this sun and sweat.It doesn´t even kill your thirsty.Maybe a carioca at one day at beaches need more than two liters of cold water daily to keep his swet and water in his body. But this bar is great,following what I think.It´s a huge place,Leblon the best beach of Brazil,the finest ladies and gentlemen here.They are a little different in USA,the labor country without their bikinis and swimsuit. Why don´t you stop by take a beer and some tastefull snacks?The culture conversation and famous place to hang for decades. The owners,I guess partners don´t let it down like many pubs and night life in Rio.Maybe are for cultured and the kids and junk hang somewhere else. It´s just by the beach,don´t misunderstood me.If you are used to a lot,leblon and Rio is the right place. Quintessential Rio spot. Some reviews criticize things like the sometimes brash service but this is what makes this place special. They focus on speedy, efficient service inside in/around the bar, not being overly chatty and friendly. That works for me! Their sandwiches are consistently tasty. Carne asada sandwich and filet com queijo (cheese) are my favorites. I can't deny, they have delicious bolinhos (fish cakes) and good chopp in nice surroundings but I used to be there and it was better place. They are a very traditional place, famous for its clientele (champagne socialists and artists) and good chopp but the place suffered many losses over the years.
