we came to take an acai with strawberries and we asked a supplement of nutella, the granola was given us in a little bag separately and so in the acai there was nothing , just acai, no strawberries and no nutella, also after we asked again if there was for sure nutella inside and they said yes but it was a lie. They said they tried to cal us in the street to get it but not true. Also the acai was liquid and not cold as it should, then we came back and they gave us some banana cut and we had to pay more for this, a nutella in a cup and when we asked for more they said no, super rude...

Probably one of the best juice / sandwich places in town. For those who haven't tried it yet, the Açaí, a Brazilian native fruit that's very energetic, is fantastic. I must also comment that, for such fantastic juices and it's great placement, Polis Sucos could make an effort to make it seem like they care a bit for costumers. No matter if you are a local or not, for the last 30 years that I go there every few months or weeks, they seem to make a point in being rude - at best indifferent - to me and most everyone...

My very first time here (Jan/2019) and after paying for my Acai at the register, I moved down the counter and waited for it. Shortly after my Acai arrived. Thick and with very little syrup. Just like I asked for it. However I did not like the taste. It was an unfamiliar taste for me. I can't really put my finger on it. Perhaps I need to go back and try one more time. The place is usually packed with people but they seem to be working quickly. So as a result i am giving 3 starts. ...
