Amazing meal! The best meal we have had in the three months we’ve been in Brazil. Food of the best quality anywhere in the world. We started with arancini, pizza, warm Caesar salad and roasted cauliflower . We watched their amazing bartenders make magical specialty drinks. We had four different pastas: with clams, ossobuco, grilled octopus and shrimp. Followed by cannoli in the most luscious chocolate sauce and a poached pear with caramel toasted nuts and ice cream. Two of us topped off the meal with customized scropinnos, just like in Venice. We felt we had returned to our home in Italy. We can’t compliment the waitstaff enough, cordial, efficient, aware of our every need. The restaurant is warm and inviting seating divided to inside and out. When paying the bill, I clarified that I wanted to pay in Brazilian Real. I found it odd that the server removed the payment terminal from the table and when he handed me the receipt, I noticed that they applied dynamic currency conversion and charged my card an extra 12% to convert to USD. I asked the waiter to change it to Real and he insisted that he did charge me BRL. I showed him the reciept displaying the charge in USD and the extra 12% markup. He again insisted that I was charged in BRL and refused to fix the issue. Very disappointing that a restaurant resorts to these types of tactics to make additional margin on their sales. I would strongly recommend that tourists stay away unless they plan on being charged an extra 12%...

Bom, o atendimento inicial ao chegar é bem cordial, provavelmente por ser um restaurante novo em Ipanema, houve uma pequena desorganização da equipe, esperei 15 minutos até ser atendido, local estava cheio, informei ao garçom que gostaria de duas bebidas, a recepcionista foi super simpática e deu todo o suporte possível até conseguirmos um lugar dentro do estabelecimento. Tem um menu bem agradável ao paladar, e as bebidas e os drinks são muito bons. Eu recomendo aos meus amigos e familiares, com certeza voltaria em um momento mais reservado, sem pegar fila de espera.
