Restaurante Bardana Cozinha Natural — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata do Rio de Janeiro

I have gone to this restaurant a lot over the past few years. Today, unfortunately, I sat at a table that faces the bathroom. The restaurant has a small bathroom with an external sink, which was visible. Actually, I was not paying much attention until I saw one of the kitchen chefs go into the bathroom..I paid attention because some years ago in Botafogo Praia Shopping I saw a member of the kitchen staff of a different restaurant emerge from a cubicle and exit the bathroom without washing his hands. And today I saw something similar. The member of the kitchen staff in Bardana simply didn't wash his hands after using the bathroom. I shall avoid this place in future. Maybe the E. It’s a by-weight buffet, the place is not very big, but there is a good selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as deserts, it’s very tasty and filling, and really affordable, especially as one of the most touristic place in Rio, a few dozen meters away from the beach. This place is just amazing. Incredible tasty vegan dishes. I felt so lucky when I found this vegan place because there are not many options in Rio. So if you are coming make sure you are coming to this “buffet”. They weigh what you are going to eat, is not cheap but definitely delicious. 100% recommended.

Just a remark, they said they close at 18:00 but the true is that they close earlier. So be on time before 17:00 if you want to...
