Excellent experience. Ice cream was amazing. They have a huge variety of flavours: with and without milk. Good place for vegans. The non milk options were my favourite, as they offer ice creams with special flavours of fruits, mostly exotic ones - only found in the Amazon region. It's truly one of a kind. Pizza + Gelato. Great idea. It’s a pity there is no pizza (at 5:30pm on a Saturday) and the taste of the ice cream does not match the (nice) presentation. There is also no toilet. But the worst part is the treatment of customers. The woman who served us made us feel like we were interrupting her as she conversed with a fellow worker as we repeatedly tried to order. Much raved about on the internet and guidebooks. I didn't try their sorbet with exotic fruits but plain chocolate and fior di latte (which tasted like coconut ice cream, not sure if this was due to human error). If you like creamy ice cream, then you will be disappointed. Feels like they used low fat cream in making this.
