(Edit at the end.) I have been to this restaurant multiple times and every time I have been blown away by the amazing food. Every single thing I have tried—the starters, appetizers, main dishes, desserts, cocktails—it's all been great. This time, my husband and I got the steak tartar "straws", the octopus/mini potato appetizer, salmon with beetroot risotto, and linguine carbonara with shrimp, along with the dessert trio to share. The Moscow mule was also very well done, slightly spicy, and seemed like it was made with fresh ginger. The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and isn't too loud. Without a doubt, I would recommend this restaurant to others. EDIT: after another trip to this restaurant, I have some comments and criticism. This is not to say that the food was not amazing; it most certainly was, and is one of my favorite restaurants in Campinas. The seafood dishes are a great strong point and I thoroughly recommend them. I got the octopus with fried gnocchi and it was absolutely delicious. However, first: the items on the menu are lacking in detail. I don't know what comes with or in many dishes as the name is not descriptive enough and some dishes have similar ingredients/names. I ordered something incorrectly this time, and although it was delicious, it was not what I expected. Second, the desserts in my opinion have always been a little lacking. Never bad, just not as good as one might expect from such an otherwise stellar experience. Except for this time, that is. We ordered the creme catalão, with no description on the menu. Instead of being toasted on top with caramelized sugar, it came in a jar full of smoke. Great presentation, though the smoke made the entire dessert taste like a pack of cigarettes. I will most certainly return, but I was just a little disappointed this time around compared to previous experiences.

Wow, an amazing restaurant in Campinas. Actually was so delicious we returned for our last night in town. The service was exceptional and the food and ambiance followed suit. We started with crab cakes and another fried meat fritter, ask if which were delicious and we even ordered more. Moving on to the entrees we had a variety on the table, but I had the Costello which was a perfectly cooked shirt rib pair over corn risotto. It was truly amazing and a very memorable meal. Not too be outdone by the food the bar was cranking out cocktails that matched the food and provided a great balance to the mood. I hope to get back to Campinas someday and if I do I'll be back here for a meal.

Food and drinks very good. Reception at entrance poor from receptionist with rather low affinity to non- perfectly-portuguese-speaking guest who was trying to double check and ensure reservation request made by sister in law. She was focused more on computer than on looking at and taking care of me and delegated my query a bit nonchalantly to another girl at the entrance who took very good care of me. Felt a bit set apart due to reservation desk experience. But OK, during pandemic times and pressure to achieve at best seating management, this can (but shouldn't) happen. Service at the table was very nice and attentive, especially the Gin Tonic suggestion with Ginger. Thanks, and will try again in the near future. Alessandro Visconti / Basel, Switzerland /...
