I inquired whether they had decaf coffee. Three times she said that they did. So I asked her to make me two decaf cappuccinos. I clarified it for her again. She said okay, made them, and brought them to me. I asked, “Is this decaf coffee?” She said, “No.” I asked, “Why? I asked for decaf.” She said, “No, I didn’t understand you,” and started giving me a hard time. In the end, she said the same thing to me that I had told you — about espresso, cappuccino, and latte. But she never mentioned anything about decaf. Then she told me they didn’t have any decaf coffee. Really...

I like this place. It's located at the start of the terminal. They have pizza, salads, and other little things. It's EXTREMELY expensive, but they told me all the prices I needed in advance. Lugar que nunca mais voltarei. Péssimo atendimento e o Salgado que pedi queimado por dentro.

Fui muito mal atendida pela atendente que estava no horário das 12:20 dia 10/04/2018 logo que fiz o pedido, fez cara feia, não respondeu ao bom dia, foi rude,nao teve o mínimo de educação ao fazer o primeiro atendimento.

Depois do péssimo atendimento, ao comer o lanche, percebi que estava velho, meio queimado, e voltei ao balcão para reclamar, enquanto isso, ela e outra atendente que havia acabado de chegar davam risada da minha cara.( me entregou outro lanche igual) Sem falar que ao passar meu cartão, ela simplesmente berrou “deu não autorizado” sendo que a mensagem que apareceu na máquina foi outra. Logo em seguida o cartão passou! Mas me causou constrangimento! Ela deveria falar em tom ambiente e não gritando para todos ouvirem, e passando uma informação inverídica, pois deu a entender a todos os clientes que eu não teria limite e isso não estava correto.

Horrível, nunca mais entro num lugar desses, não merece nem...
