The tasting menu experience was extremely disappointing.
I got weird vibes from the hostesses and they seemed unfriendly/unwelcoming.
Cacao non-alcoholic drink came out very quickly and was quite good.
Torresmos with Goiabada (guava) are quite good, but too salty.
My favorite foods from the tasting menu: Pork tartare; the taco with mint and peanuts; chicken liver (delicious); Gyoza with bean puree; mini burger; pork belly and sausage main dishes (the sausage was REALLY good); the cream-based dessert.
Other comments on the tasting menu: IT TAKES ALMOST 3 HOURS. I did NOT know what I was getting myself into. They should warn you that it will take a long time. There was a long time in between each course; most of the meal consisted of me sitting there not eating anything. Kitchen capacity seems too low. The pizza was BAD and served room temp. The fish was completely flavorless. The sauce was good though. The ceviche is way too salty Everything was explained to me in English (which I appreciated) but the server's accent was so strong I only really understood like 50% of what he said. ALL of the sides that came with the main dish meat are bad: Banana thing, papaya salad, regular salad, bean thing, grits thing are literally all bad. Worst papaya salad I’ve ever had. The meal was SUPER salty. They put wayyyyy too much salt in their food. Especially in the burger cheese. This is made even worse by water apparently not being free. Pork belly was served room temperature I expected way more meat / protein for a restaurant with "pork" in its name. Tasting menu service was a bit unorganized. One of the dishes (burger and fries and shake) was served to me without explanation of what it was. And I watched as they presented the table next to me with a course that they already had, and doubled-down when they raised an objection. The tasting menu is a bit gimmicky and tacky in my opinion. Especially the burger and milkshake thing. Server tried taking one of my dishes when I hadn't finished it yet. Kinda felt pressured to eat quickly as they were super anxious to clear my table after each course.
They have good WiFi.
It was 19 degrees outside and the door was wide open and I was seated right next to it, with no heaters inside. I was quite cold.
Reservation not needed early on a Monday evening, but it started filling up later in the evening.
The meal gave me digestive issues the next day.
Overall this was the most expensive meal I had in SP, and the most...
Read moreReally enjoyed this place! Cool vibes, delicious food and great concept overall. The decorations alone are fun. I loved looking all over the restaurant to find different things hiding to view.
We did the chef tasting menu, “O porco é.” The food overall is very delicious, and I loved following along the courses. Very creative and nice concepts behind each one, with my favorites being the feijoada, sobremesa (pamonha), churrasquinho de gato e saladas das frutas. The feijoada especially is such a beautiful tribute to typical Brazilian food. Great job, Chef.
There is a bit of a wait here, which is something to consider though should not deter. We went on a Monday night around 8pm and there was still an hour and a half wait, though they got us in within an hour. Something nice that they have is an outside take away window, which can help with the wait if needed. Either that or call ahead with a reservation.
Biggest complaint is the service. At times, we felt forgotten about by waiters, even waiting 25-30 minutes for sobremesa. Also, we were seated at the bar which is totally fine and I usually really enjoy. However, the bar service was extremely poor. I don’t think I saw the server smile once, and he never attempted to chat with us or check on us (which I ordered several drinks). I felt more like an intrusion on him, rather than a welcome guest. Would have given 5 stars if better service.
Overall, I really enjoyed this place and think it will continue to grow because there is a wonderful foundation already. Excellent food, drinks, vibes and concept.

Read moreIn the heart of São Paulo, where the pulse of the city meets the artistry of the table, I was fortunate to slip in as a walk-in to this now-iconic destination. The room buzzed with energy, a blend of eager locals and curious travelers, and from the first glance, it was clear that this is a place on many a must-visit list.
I chose the tasting menu with wine pairing, a journey through the many expressions of pork. Certain moments were pure delight, the whimsical “Happy Meal” and the delicate Althea consommé lingered in memory long after the final sip of wine. Each dish carried its own story, and the variety was impressive.
Yet, for all its creativity, the experience carried the tempo of a place in high demand. Service, while warm in spirit, sometimes skimmed the surface rather than immersing in the finer details, my cocktail, for instance, arrived without a coaster, a small omission that quietly speaks volumes in such a setting. The room, brimming with guests, leaned more toward brisk movement than intimate pause.
Compared to the measured elegance of tasting menus in San Sebastián or Barcelona, this felt a touch hurried, a vibrant stage where the performance occasionally outpaced the soul. Still, there is much to admire here, and I hope its growing fame will not dim the authenticity that first lit its flame.
A noteworthy commendation: the thoughtful gesture of mouthwash in the restrooms, though simple, reflected the kind of care I hope to see shine ever brighter in all aspects of...
