Boa Pães Artisan Bakery — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

The bakery is offering a variety of fantastic breads, baguettes, focaccias, etc. in the best quality we’ve found in SP so far. Therefore I’m rating the bakery 2 stars.

The experience at the bakery itself going for breakfast is unfortunately more than disappointing. We’ve been there twice, both times the service was gruesome. The waitresses were super nice, but totally lacked skill, ordering took ages + the waitress also got the order wrong. In addition the bakery offers leite vegetal in its menus, but both times their was non available, which is unfortunate if one person is vegan and would like to enjoy a cafe com leite.

But the worst experience has been, that first the order was wrong (got a croissant instead of a ciabatta), then the vegan ricotta was finished + the ciabatta, so we chose the baguette (same price, but way smaller than the ciabatta) and in the end they wanted to charge the same price! Letting them know, that to us wasn’t correct (their fault that items of the dish weren’t available) the owner? only laughed and came up with some excuses why she still wanted to charge the regular amount and left in the middle of the conversation!

Unfortunately, that was the second and last time we were having any meal at...

Delicious food and they have several options for plant-based foods! Including plant-based milk for coffees!

Their bread is great!

Service is a bit slow and lack of attention. You can see that they are family owned.

The place is small and the music situation is a bit awkward nothing that matters for the food quality they...

Conheci essa simpática bakery no ano que abriram, gostei muito dos pães e cafés em geral e do ambiente, ele é legal, mas falta ainda certo conforto. Após anos eu voltei e acabei almoçando pedindo o Bulgogi, já que os donos são coreanos ou de descendência, não tenho certeza; e foi decepcionante, fizeram tão abrasileirado que passou longe de ser um Bulgogi, mal veio carne, tinha pouco tempero, estava seco e quase só vem queijo derretido e salada, nem vem vegetais mistos o mais comum e pra fechar com chave de ouro de tristeza vem acompanhado de uma porção de um arroz sem graça branco normal, nem arroz tipo japonês era... Poxa e por sinal não tinha pimenta, chorei, só uma pimenta do reino pra moer.... é falta o toque coreano... Acho q é mais pra um café e pão mesmo. Serviço era bom, bastante pessoas que trabalham na região frequenta. Mas por quase 40 reais uma saladinha, arroz simples, uma montanha de queijo e quase sem carne não...
