During our visit to confeitaria Marília in Vila Madalena, São Paulo, we were treated to a delightful experience that left a lasting impression. Although the place was small in size, it exuded a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The staff at the coffee shop were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were promptly taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised by the quick service, allowing us to enjoy our coffee without any unnecessary delays.

As for the coffee itself, we were pleased with its exceptional taste and distinct flavor. While we may not consider ourselves coffee experts, we found ourselves thoroughly enjoying every sip. It was evident that the coffee was carefully crafted, resulting in a delightful brew that catered to our preferences.

To complement our coffee, we indulged in a slice of chocolate and passion fruit cake. The combination of flavors was a true delight, leaving us craving for more.

One notable aspect of our visit was the impeccable cleanliness of the bathroom. It was evident that the coffee shop took pride in maintaining a tidy and hygienic environment, which greatly added to the overall positive experience.

the MZ patisserie offers a very artisanal production of very inventive & tasty tarts sold by the slice. incredibly good orange soft candies: a blast from the past! the patisserie is, nevertheless, slightly overrated. the shop is small, not really cozy with its industrial design look and 2 purposeless tables, since the joint it is not a café; the personnel is subpar and clearly the first victim of all the hype this patisserie had faced in the recent years. it is shocking to see how the tarts are artlessy & carelessly left, frequently in pieces, in the vitrine and tossed, crumbling down, from the vitrine to your plate like it was slop. nevertheless the tarts are good. Confeitaria especializada em tortas, tem várias opções interessantes em fatias à pronta entrega e um cardápio interessante de bebidas com café.

Pedi a ótima torta de maçã rústica, servida com um creme de cachaça maravilhoso. O pessoal também adorou a de maçã com amêndoas, a de chocolate com banana, a de manga com coco.

Os cafés espresso e coado estavam muito bons!

As tortas são servidas meio geladinhas (apesar de o atendente ter dito temperatura ambiente, estavam geladinhas).

Entendo que combine com algumas delas, como as de chocolate, mas nada me convence que uma torta de maçã fique melhor de outro jeito senão quentinha.

Perguntamos ao atendente se teria como aquecer e ele disse que não. E ok, mas na minha opinião a minha torta teria ficado muito melhor quentinha.

Ainda quanto ao atendimento, ambos os atendentes foram antipáticos e nada gentis, o que pra mim estraga a experiência, não me sinto bem vinda.

Talvez tenha sido porque estava chuviscando e, como chegariam mais 4 pessoas, pedi pra eles me ajudarem a organizar as mesas da calçada pra todos poderem sentar, passando um papel pra secar as mesas e as cadeiras que estavam molhadas. Será que foi isso? De qualquer forma acho descabido.

Estava com muita expectativa e fui especificamente pra provar as tortas com a minha mãe, que eu achava que iria amá-las. Infelizmente ela também se decepcionou com a temperatura em que as tortas foram servidas e com o atendimento pouco convidativo.
