Overall we had a good night, but there were some major things that will probably stop us from coming back soon.

The beers on tap were limited, but there were a few good choices for the happy hour promotion, especially if you like IPAs. The cocktails were enjoyed by those that got them at the table and the band playing upstairs was enjoyable. Nothing to write home about, but the 2 for 1 deal during happy hour is notable.

We were very disappointed that they pool tables were not open, which was one of the main reasons we came here. Not sure if they closed the billiards area for good, but the Instagram still has images of pool tables and their listing on Google also says they have them. So that either needs to be changed or something should be published explaining when the pool tables are open.

We came here for drinks, not dinner but the food... the food that we ordered (a burger, nachos) was stone cold. Like, it was prepared the day before, stored in the refrigerator, and then brought to our table when we ordered it. We ate it, so it wasn't so bad that we had to send it back, but they definitely weren't busy enough that there should have been a problem getting...

The security people are absolutely horrendous. When we were coming in starting by not replying to our good night by we asked if we had to pay to get in and he repeatedly said in an annoying way that if we stay over 22:00 we would need to pay as there would be a concept. A friend of mine argued back due to the way he was speaking and he stared back at him in a threatening way. When we went smoking outside the big security guy couldn’t stop staring us as if we would leave without paying or something. At the end when we were leaving it was raining a lot and he made a big problem of us waiting inside the bar (after we all spent nearly 600 reais in one hour) and told us to go to some marquise nearby. Super annoying and unfriendly, definitely never coming back again. If that’s how their staff threatens people you can imagine how the owners are. To end, it’s an Irish pub with no Guiness serving...

Tive uma das piores experiências da minha vida neste local. Cheguei por volta das 00h50 com um grupo de 5 amigos. Subimos e assistimos ao show e durante esse tempo consumi 3 cervejas. Por volta das 2h15, eu decido ir embora, enquanto espero numa fila gigantesca para pagar, eu percebo que perdi a comanda, imediatamente ao chegar no caixa aviso a atendente e aí que começa um verdadeiro absurdo em atendimento ao cliente e um despreparo que nunca vi na minha vida. A caixa encontra meu nome com meu consumo, que estava absolutamente correto e em nenhum momento questiono os valores. O que deveria ser simples então já que me prontifiquei a realizar o pagamento, pois estava correto, mas não, eu sou deixado em um canto, onde sou praticamente interrogado por um funcionário com forte sotaque estrangeiro (não sei se era um dos donos do bar), que era minha responsabilidade achar a comanda, que eu deveria procurar pelo bar, mesmo eu SEQUER questionando o valor cobrado. Ou seja, repassando a responsabilidade sobre controle do consumo para o cliente quando de fato é de responsabilidade do estabelecimento. De qualquer forma, na ânsia de ir embora eu cheguei a falar que pagaria um adicional ou multa pela perda da comanda, mesmo assim, eu fiquei certa de 30 - 40 minutos preso e sem poder pagar e sair, em determinado momento fiquei com um segurança atrás de mim como se eu tivesse ameaçando o local. Ou seja, uma prática de constrangimento ilegal, pois não me deixavam pagar tampouco ir embora. A situação só acabou quando duas das minhas amigas pagaram e viram que eu ainda estava lá e questionaram o motivo, após um dos funcionários fazer uma acareação do que eu consumir com eles que me liberaram para pagar e ainda me fizeram pegar uma fila novamente. Sendo que era exatamente o que tinha dito que havia consumido e que estava na comanda. Enfim, péssimo. funcionários descontrolados, grosseiros e que me trataram como se fosse bandido. Um dos funcionários/dono com um completo deboche e grosseria. Para melhorar a noite, o carro da minha amiga teve o vidro quebrado e seus bens roubados e isso com o carro a menos de 20 metros do estabelecimento. Enfim, tomarei todas as medidas legais cabíveis.
