Terraço Jardins — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

A minha pergunta fica, quando voce efetua uma reserva para 9 pessoas em qualquer restaurante, voce espera que as mesas sejam dividas em 2 mesas OU voce espera que seja em uma unica mesa para acomodar todos os seus familiares para celabrar o aniversario de inumeros familiares juntos?

Claramente na reserva esta escrito que a mesa seria para 9 pessoas.

Sem palavras para o descaso que eu e a minha familia recebemos.

Disappointed with the treatment we received

I made a reservation over the phone on July 14th (Confirmation #: 9020) for a table of 9 people (8 adults and a 1.5 year old baby) to celebrate my birthday, my brother's birthday, my niece's birthday month and my brother and sister-in-law's 1 week wedding anniversary. As you can see, we had a lot to celebrate on August 26, 2023.

On August 26, 2023, we arrived before 12:15 and were the first to be seated at the table. But to my surprise, the tables were DIVIDED into 2 ROUND TABLES with 5 seats for each table. Immediately the waiter, James, came over and told us that we should talk to the manager, Robson, about what had happened. According to Rodson, it would not be possible to seat us at a table for 9 together and that the restaurant CANNOT accommodate 9 people at a single table. THAT ALWAYS when booking for a group of more than 6 to 10 people, it would ALWAYS be SEPARATED into 2 ROUND TABLES!

I told him that from the moment we booked on the phone, I had already informed the restaurant that there would be numerous celebrations that we would be celebrating that day and that when you book a table for 9 people, you NEVER imagine that there would be 2 ROUND TABELS or SEPARATED TABLES. And once again he left us in the corner of the room. This isn't the first time we've booked a table and been seated in the corner of the room and never in the central area, the most beautiful part of the restaurant.

IN THE END, WE HAD TO TRY TO JOIN IN THE TWO ROUND TABLES INTO A SINGLE TABLE, which was totally uncomfortable.

My boyfriend and I had raved about your restaurant, but the experience for the rest of my family who didn't know it was terrible.

We were supposed to celebrate many anniversaries and the experience was horrible.

I've never felt so bad about celebrating my birthday, my brother's birthday and so on under these conditions.

Totally disappointed with the negligence of the manager and the restaurant management.

Even booking more than a month in advance was a huge disappointment. My family, who didn't know the restaurant, were all disappointed too.

I would like to thank the waiters James and Danilo(?) for their excellent work and for trying to improve our day with excellent service and courtesy.

My question is, when you make a reservation for 9 people in any restaurant, do you expect the tables to be divided into 2 tables OR do you expect it to be at a single table to accommodate all your family members to celebrate the birthdays of countless family members together?

The reservation clearly stated that the table was for 9 people.

I can't say enough about the disregard my family...

Wow this place should not have such a high average review. Do not come in here if you are in a rush. The food was in a word, horrible, and i only ate it because i was hungry.

Had dinner here alone on a Saturday night because i was staying at the hotel. Understand it’s busy but i literally told the server Chris i was ready to order food when he finally came to take my drink order and he actually told me to wait.

Then he proceeds to leave me for twenty minutes to the point that i had to ask the manager if i could order so i could get out of there.

At around the 25 minute mark, Chris comes back and asks to see if i wanted to order food. He was so swamped that he didn’t even know i had already ordered.

I got the cauliflower - very small dish, flavors need to be much bigger with vegetable only dishes, this was bland. I also got the chicken - came out cold and dry. The cous cous base tasted like flavorless paste.

I stay at the renaissance quite a bit. I will never eat at this restaurant ever again even if...

Fui na noite de sábado(26/08/23) com meu pai para comemorar o meu aniversário. Fiz uma reserva pelo Concierge da Mastercard na sexta-feira e no dia seguinte chegamos no horário reservado. Logo que cheguei fui muito bem atendido pela hostess, que me perdoe esqueci o nome dela mas espero que o responsável pelo perfil aqui no Google Maps transmita o meu agradecimento pela excelente recepção. No horário que chegamos estava bem tranquilo, muitas opções de lugares para se sentar. Fomos atendido pelo Pedro, se não me falhe a memória(sou péssimo em gravar os nomes). Que foi muito atencioso conosco a todo momento durante a nossa permanência. Eu e meu pai escolhemos um arroz cremoso de cogumelos e uma fraldinha assada. Os pratos são todos voltados para a gastronomia brasileira, utilizando ingredientes até desconhecidos para nose que acaba nos surpreendendo pelo paladar e apresentação. Estava tudo muito saboroso e delicioso. O arroz bem cremoso com diferentes tipos de cogumelos. A fraldinha, cheguei a experimentar, desmanchava na boca de tão macia que estava. Para finalizar, o Concierge e o Terraço Jardins me presentearam com um bolo mousse de chocolate com granulê, macaron, 2 placas de chocolate branco e uma trufa. Foi uma experiência e tanto....já fui a restaurantes onde me sentia especial pelos atendentes já saberem do meu pedido, mas da forma como fui tratado pelo Terraço Jardins, desde a chegada até a minha saída, foi uma experiência inesquecível. Confesso que não esperava esse bolo. Já usei o serviço do Concierge em outros restaurantes no meu aniversário e eles sempre falavam que junto com a reserva haviam solicitado uma sobremesa de cortesia em comemoração ao meu aniversário, mas dessa vez foi diferente. Apenas me disseram que haviam dito ao restaurante que era uma celebração de aniversário. Quando finalizamos a refeição veio o bolo pelas mãos da hostess. Até pergutaram se queriam que cantasse parabéns...mas como eu estava tímido agradeci e disse que não precisava rsrssrs. Ah...o bolo estava maravilhoso! Muito obrigado Terraço Jardins!🙏🏻 De coração. Por proporcionar a melhor comemoração de aniversário que já tive. Pena que faltou meus irmãos estarem presentes para celebrar junto esse momento....fica para a comemoração do ano que vem, que já tem lugar definido. Nos veremos mais vezes até o meu próximo...
