I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant- the food was delicious, and the staff were outstanding. The ojo de bife is perhaps the best option on the menu, and despite not usually eating a lot of meat I nearly ate the whole thing. I should also comment that the portuon sizes are very generous. They have a childrens menu which is delicious as well. The staff is really amazing- they interacted with children, found them paper to draw on and pens, talked to them, and helped manage them by paying attention to their needs. Additionally, one waiter helped me by cutting my steak while I was watching a little one, which was truly appreciated. They have “outdoor” seating which is actually indoor but there is a glass ceiling, as well as seating inside...

You walk in and see the black twisted napkins. From the window it looks cool, classy... but inside it's warmer, embracing. Have a chat with the chef, ask to see the meat before he cooks it. Get the wine recommendation from your waiter, because the waiters get to try all the wines and know what the are talking about {the Cabernet Franc is amazing).. You may stay late, move to an outside table, but the waiting staff remain as attentive as ever. Overall, it's a combination of knowledgeable people who want you to have an amazing experience. Tratamento inaceitável do garçom com a minha família! Extremamente mal educado, e nitidamente insatisfeito em estar atendendo mesas Fui almoçar com minha família no restaurante Libertango nesse domingo 14/07 O que estávamos esperando de um almoço tranquilo e bem aproveitado em família, foi um fiasco, uma verdadeira enganação O atendente extremamente sem educação, sem paciência nenhuma com a minha família, nos tratando como animais, chegamos na mesa que gostamos muito pois era uma mesa muito bonita na janela, com vista para a avenida principal, porém desde o primeiro pedido de bebida até finalizar a mesa o garçom sem nenhuma paciência, a todo instante que perguntávamos alguma coisa ele fungava de cara fechada e respondia rispidamente, tínhamos que ficar com as mãos levantadas para alguém enxergar a gente ali, pois o garçom a todo momento sumia! A cozinha mandou acompanhamento azedo para nossa mesa, e quando solicitamos para o mal humorado do garçom trocar demorou mais de 15 min para trazer outro acompanhamento, quando chegou o acompanhamento a carne já estava fria Não aproveitamos nada desse almoço, um restaurante que tem um cardápio de tão alto custo ter uma equipe extremamente sem educação e sem preparação dessa forma ? Acredito que a cozinha deva ser da mesma forma, pois um prato pra duas pessoas que custa quase 500 reais, e ainda vem com acompanhamento azedo? Isso não é aceitável Reclamei para o garçom que não resolveu de nada, pedi para o recepcionista do hotel que estou e me indicou esse restaurante a me ajudar a entrar no site do tripadvisor para avaliar e ele me aconselhou a colocar a avaliação aqui também e dizer o que realmente esse restaurante oferece aos clientes Não indico de forma alguma esse restautante...
