POOR SERVICE, POOR FOOD QUALITY, and UNCARING LEADERSHIP!!! My wife and I are long time BWW customers that frequent this restaurant at least once per week. We found out first hand last night why BWW has seen a downturn in customer loyalty, as well as financial result reviews. Like I stated above, we are regulars at this establishment and have had service and quality issues in the past, but for the most part the issues and concerns were always handled quickly, and in a professional manor. We like our wings well done, not uncooked and rubbery. We were instructed by a supervisor there at this location to ask that the wings be cooked for 25-30 minutes when ordering, and quite frankly since following this advice our wings have been great. Last night we followed the same advice and ordered two large orders of traditional wings to be cooked for 30 minutes. After fifty (50) minutes our wings had still not been served, then after inquiring about the delay they finally came out. One of the orders was under cooked, almost rubbery, cold and uncooked to the touch, and the other order was half cooked, and half black from being returned to the fryer with the sauce already on the wings. Without eating a single wing, we asked our server to take the wings back, remove them from our bill, and cash us out, as we could not wait another 30 minutes for them to remake the wings, I also asked to talk to a manager. We waited a total of 20 minutes for the manager to come out. When he approached our table he was rude and uncaring. He never apologized, he just said "I hear you have a problem and what do I need to do?" We explained our issue, and he said that he would remove our items from the bill and that we were to pay just for the side salad and the two drinks that we ordered. He then left, and our bill finally appeared. He could have cared less, and you know what... his attitude and poor customer skills just lost you a long term loyal customer! We personally spend at least $4000-$5000 per year at your establishment, and I often have your food catered in for special work and personal events....NO MORE! I know this will fall on deaf ears, as its truly apparent that your restaurant doesn't care about its customers, or actually takes pride in the food you serve them! It's a shame because you have a number of great servers that are required to work for a terrible kitchen and...
Read moreThe worst situation ever. I went on Superbowl Sunday 1 1/2 hour before the game and the waitress told us that we have to be patients because the number of orders and the other people sited on restaurant like 35 mins until receive our order, that's okay you can drink something or eat some entries, but this is when the problems started. After 1 hour I received my order but not my wife's order (10 Freaking wings)Who wants to see someone eating? So I decided to wait for your the another order and share some of my food with my wife, half an hour after my burger was more cold than my beer and still did not receive what was needed, I decided to eat and I asked the waitress to mention the manager that we had waiting more time than normal. Very friendly waitress (Marysol) took our drinks refil free for the situation and she apologized that was already underway order my wife. 20 minutes after I started to doubt since to many people came out with much food but they did not give us the importance, I asked for the manager and as annoying l told him that he might not be ready for a day like this and that take no more orders if they don't had the capacity to cover them. He offered us remove the cost of the wings and that he personally would be in charge of that. it took another 45 minutes and annoying I told to the supervisor that it was not possible that they can not give us 10 wings. manager told me they were working on it but I really was seeing my face. Whether it's the superbowl or the end of the world, they have to be prepared, on another way you have a table annoyed unable to eat and focus to deal with the online orders and by phone, better lock your restaurant and does not do to waste time people who will spend their money on having a good time in a good meal and good service. Go and get wings from wherever you can even from Kentucky Fried chicken and attend your customers. Its impossible almost 3 hours THREE HOURS. T H R E E H O U R S!!!!! Waiting for 10 f*@#$%& wings. My wife wasn't hungry anymore. I really feel bad because it's a good place but the customers are first. So I will never forget this and I will never...
Read moreMy kids ages 4 and 8 wanted to try out buffalo wild wings because they had never been there. We arrived at the restaurant approximately 4:55 pm and were welcomed by the kind hostess. We choose to be seated outside so the hostess handed us our menus and told us we could seat ourselves on the patio area. The patio area was empty. We were the only seated table there. The shorter patio tables were not wiped down and they were dirty so we had to choose a high table. I would have preferred a lower table but I would have had to go ask someone to clean a table for us. We waited a few minutes for a server but my kids needed to use the restroom so I took them to the restroom. We got back to our table and waited a good while, about 15 minutes and a server had not come to us. We realized that we had been forgotten. I went to the kind hostess to ask if there was a wait time and she felt awful that we had not been seen by a server yet. What I was told was that a server looked outside while we weren't there. She just never came back after we returned to our table. That's loosing right there. I estimate that there were 30 people dining inside. They were served and mainly just enjoying watching the football games. Me and my kids walked in and passed by the cashier area on our way to the restroom and passed by again on our way back to our table, visible to everyone on service staff but we were just forget like those dirty tables outside. We wouldn't have gotten service if I didn't ask for it. I only stayed because my kids really wanted to try buffalo wild wings. When our server did come she took our order and brought us what we ordered. The food was fine. Our server didn't mind at all that we waited so long to be served. Her way to resolve a problem is just to ignore it. I will not return to the Coral Springs Buffalo Wings. If you just want to watch the game, drink beer, and eat chicken wings then this place is for you. If you want to bring your family with young kids, then just pass...
