Gravity Bar — Restaurant in Sofia City

We went 4 people for the first time here and although I liked the atmosphere, music and hostess, the manipulation and fraud with the bill and drinks is unbelievable. We order a whiskey/rum like in the menu is specified like 1x8.99 and we say ONE, they charge you like double and in the bill showing 2x. If someone doesn't ask for double then don't bring double but the most annoying is that when they brought it, didn't seem like a big drink, to someone maybe 1.5 but not double anyway. So be careful and if you go and order then highlight a SMALL one if you want that otherwise they will bring you big one or charge you just double. Plus one of the friends had 2 beers but they put 3 and we didn't know at the time cause when we paid at the end we remained 2 of us and the other 2 had left ⚠️

Edit: After the owner's reply. Doesn't make sense about the cameras. You can't see how big is the drink and we know how many drinks we had. Again for the one girl only was ordered 1x drink and was charged 2x, like for the rest. Maybe it was double but why do you bring that when was requested a normal one like in the menu. There's no point to call, just need to teach the waiters to bring what is ordered or ask if someone wants big or small and don't just force guests to...

Few things: We had a private party and the price per person was 140 leva, for that price I found only a bottle of water and the deal with them was clear - food + 4 drinks. We have spent a fortune on buying from the bar and at the end of the day it was totally not worth it. Few people from staff were extremely rude. Just leave the people having fun. One of the DJs stormed out of the bar and he was looking extremely angry for some reason, that is unprofessional, because people are having fun and when someone makes a scene from the staff, that is not cool.

I recently visited Gravity Bar in Sofia and found it to be a nice spot for a casual night out. The atmosphere struck a good balance between modern and cozy—stylish enough to feel a bit upscale but still comfortable.
