Nedelya — Restaurant in Sofia City

I am a cliente who come every 2 days to buy same cheescakes, they are delicious but there was a chubby guy with another girl who is one taking orders and she was serving behind the corner.

They was super rude, i explained him 3 times what i needed in english, he didnt understand me so i tried to explain her so she respond ´talk to him ‘, I talk to the guy and he speaks bulgarian with my colleague who is not even ordering. Never been in a situation like this, 0 respect, 0 professionalism, if you get mad baby because you dont understand another language beside yours then do not work there and stop mocking people, do your job because it is not the reputation but of the owners and unfortunately for you guys you will be listed in the social media for how bad you are with foreigners and how ignorant you are.
