Restaurant South Park — Restaurant in Sofia City

Disappointing, the only thing decent that we came for (Lamb Shank) wasn’t available aswell as half the other items on the menu. Ended up ordering the Beyti kebab which tasted like it had cow shit mixed in. Complained to the staff, to their credit they apologised and tried to rectify the mistake. What they gave me was basically the same rubbish warmed up. I ate it because I didn’t wanna be rude and waste the food. The side of potatoes we ordered were over cooked and under seasoned as seen in the picture attached, only had like two of them. The veal with mushroom and onions was hideous, it was extremely oily and so was a lot of the other food. I left with a really bad headache and most likely a clogged artery. I just visited to order for takeaway, at 14.10. There was lack of any service, question or simple welcoming. I have asked one of the waitresses- no response, than I moved to the bar and the kitchen with the same request for takeaway order- the waiter just refused because they are ‘busy’ (which has to be a normal work day for restaurant with sitting area at the entrance of the busiest Park of Sofia in Sunday. Even when i tried to found a solution (not the staff around) with asking if I return in 30min, can I order - there was another refusal. This was very bad experience, attitude and service. I visit this place almost every weekend with my wife and my kid. The food is good enough. The reason for the one star review is what happened today. We entered the restaurant and we asked the waiter if can get the last free table in the garden and the waiter replied that it is free. There was no sign for reservation as well. Two minutes later the manager comes and tells us we cannot use the table because it is reserved for someone else. The people that were planning to take the table said it is okay to sit inside as long as it is allowed to smoke there and the manager said yes. We left the restaurant and I am never coming back.
