Pizza 4P's BKK1 — Restaurant in Khan Boeng Keng Kang

II'm not happy to write this review, but I think it's for the higher good of the owner of 4Ps. This is one of my favorite restaurant in Phnom Penh that I usually visit at least once a month. However, the experience was not nearly as good this evening. I arrived at around 9:30PM with my wife, and we order exactly the same as usual. We start by getting our salad and fried chicken. However, after waiting at least 45 mins to 1h, we asked if the pizza was about to come. It usually comes not so long after the first dishes. When the employee checked, she said that our pizza hasn't been prepared. To add to the insult, the employee said the pizza hasn't been prepared because the order didn't go through in the system. Go figure why the system worked for the salad and the fried chicken, but not for the pizza...And if we didn't ask, we probably could have been waiting there another 30 minutes at least because our waitress was gone and no one else came to see us afterwards. Many employees looked uninterested in their work, more concerned sending voice messages to their friends or laughing together than actually doing their job. I know this is not the standard of 4Ps. At the end, they didn't give us the ipad to review while I saw them bring the ipads to other tables. I mean, I don't really care to fill the survey or not, but if I was the owner, I would like to know that their employees seem selective regarding to which clients will fill the survey. Hopefully, the owner will get to read this review, and manage to coach his team at BKK branch, otherwise you will be losing me as a client, and probably many other regulars will notice the decline in service. I love 4Ps, and I'm sure you guys can address this situation. You've never disappointed me before, I know you care about the quality of the service as much as the quality of the food. At least, I got to give to you employees that they offered us our drinks and a discount on other items as an apology for...

I have become their regular guest there for years already, yet I didn't spend time to write reviews for them yet. But from my recent dinner with them again from the last two days, staff never fails to pamper my daughter and I as always, thus i am thrilled to share my experiences at Pizza 4's P Phnom located in BKK ones. From the moment you step in, the service is top-notch. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. This level of service, combined with their unwavering commitment to hygiene and food safety, truly sets them apart in the crowded food scene.

The environment is equally impressive; the seating arrangements are comfortable, making it a perfect spot for family outings or casual dining. Speaking of family, my daughter absolutely adores their salad, pasta, and of course, the delicious pizza. It has become our go-to place for satisfying her cravings!

Additionally, the convenience of having this gem so close to home makes it even better. I appreciate their strong work ethic and dedication to giving back to the community, further enhancing my admiration for this establishment. Pizza 4 not only provides excellent food but also contributes positively to the neighborhood.
