Located in a cozy yet stylish setting, the restaurant specializes in beef but also caters to those who prefer chicken and lamb, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

The quality of the beef is top-notch, cooked to perfection, and seasoned beautifully. Read moreI can say that I'm a regular customer of this restaurant, food quality is good & delicious, however, I have got a unpleasant services from the staffs recently. I went to the restaurant at 21:00 (The restaurant close at 22:00). When I walk-in, there were 2-3 tables of customers are sitting. But a staff told me that they cleaned tables on the first floor already with unwilling face to provide services.
Somehow, I pretended to not understand what they are talking because it is still in an operating hour. After I ordered foods, a waitress showed her unwilling face to service, and I told her that I will grilled the beef by myself. During the meal, no one comes to take care my table and I felt that they turned off the aircon around 21:30, which can implied that they want to close the shop now. I was hurried to finish dinner and left the restaurant around 21:45.
Here is my recommendation to the restaurant owners! You should train your staff harder. Most of the restaurants tell customers politely about the time for the last order (usually 30 mins before the closing time). I hope this message could...
Read moreFood: It is expensive but most of the food tastes good and of great quality. They have so many refillable side dishes as well. It comes in big portion also. Customer service and staff: The staff need much more training because they seem so slow and absent-minded. When we called out our order, the staff didn't take note or stop us to take note if she didn't get the order. She waited until we finished calling out the order and then asked us to repeat our order LOL. When we repeated the order, she still did not use pen and paper to note down our orders (again). Another time, we brought birthday cake to celebrate a friend's birthday and we told them to bring out the cake, per usual practices of restaurants over here, we expected the staff to unbox the cake and bring it in as a surprise to our friend but the staff just brought the cake (still in the box & plastic bag) and put it in front of our friend. If you don't change your staff or properly train them, I don't think I will...
