Absolutely awful. Don't be fooled by the bright lights... We ordered 2 vegetarian pad Thai meals. They arrived with chicken and shrimp. We politely informed the staff of the mistake. No appology given. We asked if we could have the correct vegetarian versions. Less than 1 minute later the waiter brings out our new pad Thai. Now I don't know who the chef is in that kitchen, but he must be some kind of magician to make a brand new pad Thai in less than a minute. I once again approached the manager and asked if they had just taken out the chicken and prawns and bought the same dishes out. He denied this. I demanded that they took it away and cooked 2 fresh pad Thai meals. Again, no appology given and we received some very dirty looks. The manager had an aggressive manner and the atmosphere felt extremely unpleasant. After 10 minutes the waiter bought our replacements over. But this time they were half the size and looked like they were someone else's leftovers. At this point we had wasted at least 40 minutes of our time and were very hungry. So we decided to cut our losses and ask for a refund. At this point we became surrounded by staff members. The manager argued with us and it was extremely unpleasant. We had a real battle trying to get our money back. In the end we walked 30 seconds down the road and found an amazing pad Thai for $2. This place wanted $5.50 for the rubbish they tried to serve up to us!!! Do yourself a big favour and avoid this place. It's right on the corner and looks inviting. But you can get so much better, twice the size, half the price and friendly...

Horrible service, had to wait 15min for a beer and some juice out of the box. The only bartender was busy making some cocktails that he tasted for good taste..each with the same spoon.

The steaks we ordered came on wooden boardes of suspectible cleanliness. My grilled lamb was bone dry and the ordered well done tenderloin steak of my wife was bloddy to medium raw so we had it taken back to the kitchen. We both ordered red wine sauce and got the mushroom sauce.

In all that time nobody checked once on us or asked if we wanted something else to drink although our empty glasses were clearly seen by at least 3 waiters who couldn't be bothered although they weren't busy. We had to actively get a waiter.

Never again, there are much better restaurants within 2min...

Ok so I work in hospitality right. I come to the place Order a pizza romana with salami, everything good… The pizza you cannot eat of the excess of salt but its ok its just and error, i order the bill to my surprise after minutes of the guy talking with the manager a girl With glasses he comes back with the instead 4.50 bill with a 10.50 bill because i order the pizza with salami, so he charges me 6 dlls for the salami, its ok i cannot eat it for the excess of salt but this guy has the audacity of charge me more than the price of the pizza just for the salami, but this not ends here as i told i work in hospitality so he not just charge me for that he writes that over the bill i dont know who the owner is but look...
