⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing vegan pho! I had the pleasure of dining at Vietnamese Coffee Noodle Soup in Siem Reap, and this place blew me away. The vegan pho was incredibly flavorful — the broth was light, fragrant, and packed with depth. Fresh veggies like snap peas, broccoli, mushrooms, and perfectly crispy tofu made every bite satisfying and nourishing.

The enoki mushrooms and garlic topping added an extra layer of texture and flavor that made the whole bowl unforgettable. It’s rare to find a vegan pho that feels this complete and comforting.

Plus, the iced tea served alongside was refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. Friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere made the experience even better.

I was hesitant to write this review, but I must. First let me say that the owner and her helper were extremely nice, however, their Pho is not authentic or tradional Vietnamese Pho. How other patrons could have written the outstanding reviews here tells me that they have never actually eaten real, Vietnamese Pho. Let me add that over the past 35 years I have been enjoying Pho in several cities in Vietnam, Little Saigon in Southern California, and at numberous Vietnamese restaurants throughout Southeast Asia, The "Pho" I ordered at this restaurant contained carrots and brocolli - those are not ingredients in Pho - and I found the broth to be weak, and not very flavorful -- no plate with mint leaves or raw chillis. Wonderful soup and fantastic coffee! I tried the yellow noodle soup with chicken, and it's completely wonderful, well worth an extra walk or a ride with a tuktuk,if you are not close to the market or pubstreet. The coffee, wich is a bit different than I'm used to, is fantastic in its own way, I tried both hot and iced, and it's clearly best iced. The feeling of waking up is pretty much comparable to a double espresso. My opinion is, whatever you order here will be in the absolute top of what you can get to eat in SR.
